OPEN FARM SUNDAY 2024
We are really excited to be hosting an Open Farm Sunday fortnight this year with visits booked during the weeks before and after Open Farm Sunday, as well as our Open Farm Sunday event itself, which is being held at The Grainstore, Heddington, SN11 0PN on Sunday 9th June 2024 at 2-5pm.
We will be running two tours starting at 2pm and 3.30pm, which will include a soil
workshop (and Superworm search!), a chat about the arable crops we grow, a chance to meet our Wagyu beef cattle, the opportunity to learn about what we are doing to enhance biodiversity on the land
we farm (King's Play Hill in particular) and a short tractor and trailer ride for those who would like one.
While the tours are taking place, there will be a machinery display at the Grainstore
(thanks to James Skuse Contracting)
and the chance to do some block printing with Shan Cawley from
Homemade by Mils & Mum (for a small charge). Simon Smart our landscape and nature conservation adviser, and Eleanor from LEAF will also be there to talk to
you, and you will have the opportunity to win a t-shirt if you can milk Mildred the fastest!

Tickets are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis - we would
politely ask you to let us know if your plans change so your tickets can be reallocated if you are no longer able to come. Unfortunately no entry will be allowed without a ticket.
